Just a 5-10 minute walk from the village center of Axams, shops and bus stops, this apartment is not in the way of your vacation with plenty of storage space for skis or bicycles. Axams offers a perfect location with great connections to Innsbruck, 9 km away (bus ride 25 min), as well as the Axamer Lizum ski and hiking area for active holidaymakers.

The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

The stylishly furnished Accommodation is ideal for 2 people, such as those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. A separate kitchen allows for independent cooking. In winter, the ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be easily reached by ski bus or a 15-minute drive. In summer, the area is especially popular with mountain lovers for short to longer hiking tours. "Axams Apotheke/M-Preis" bus stop 12 minutes away. Parking space on request. Tourist tax per person/night is €3.

In this 2-room apartment, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, which invites you to relax. In addition, there is a spacious sofa in the living-dining area with a sleeping function for 2 more people. The small modern bathroom has a rain shower.
