Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a modern 75 m² apartment, fully renovated in 2015, as well as an approx. 20 m² terrace. This unique accommodation combines the charm of a historic farmhouse with a modern interior.

In the sleeping room you find a kingsize bed with a 42 inch TV (Netflix) and a double bed on the plateau. The apartment is situated in a historical district with good infrastructure (supermarket, bakery...) and within a 10 minutes walk you will reach the inner old part of Innsbruck.

Lichtdurchflutete Wohnung (ca. 48m2) mit Balkon und Blick über ganz Innsbruck. 1 Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad mit WC und Badewanne. Nicht zum Baden vorgesehen. Ausdrücklich nur als Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer hat zur Verdunklung eine Außenjalousie. In der Wohnküche, wo eine Ausziehcouch steht, gibt es Vorhänge als Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Bis zu 2 Kinder (bis 12 Jahre) ist platztechnisch aus unserer Sicht möglich. Kinder sind herzlichst willkommen.

In this 2-room apartment, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, which invites you to relax. In addition, there is a spacious couch with sleeping function for 2 more people in the living-dining area. The small modern bathroom features a rain shower.
