I am Guillaume, your host! At 20 years old, I put my suitcases down in La Rochelle because I wanted to see the ocean and since then I've stayed there. I work there and started my family there. I also discovered 2 passions: surf and rugby, which I don't practice but that I can't stand like many Rochelais! My companion and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with clear and sweet colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues will be able to recharge their batteries. Welcome!

Very bright apartment, hyper center, 4* INPI

Very nice apartment, 55 m2, on the 2nd floor. 2' from the old port (all the fun without the nuisances), 5' from the central market and 7' from the train station: perfect to enjoy on foot all the charms, many, of La Rochelle. The view is relaxing, not directly opposite: the stay to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, on the canal and the Church of Saint Saviour (XVII th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

Beautiful quiet house in the hypercenter, modern and authentic, where young and old will find their happiness (foosball, trampoline, table tennis...). This is our family home, where we meet from time to time with family and friends.
