NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Unsere gemütliche, individuell eingerichtete Unterkunft ist eine Wohneinheit im Obergeschoss mit eigenem Bad - Dusche/WC, einer Single Küche und kleinem stummen Kühlschrank ( 36 Liter ), die nur von unseren Gästen genutzt wird. Gegenüber der kleinen Küche steht in einer Nische die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit. Eine überdachte Sitzmöglickeit steht euch an der Ostseite gerne zur Verfügung. Der kleine, nicht haarende Biewer Yorkshire Pino, aus dem Nachbarhaus besucht uns gerne täglich mal.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Munich and Salzburg in about 1 hour. Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

Our cozy studio apartment is in the heart of Bad Aibling. Take advantage of the variety of possibilities in this charming Bavarian small town. Whether it's wellness in the nearby spas, strolling and sauntering right outside the front door, cycling on one of the many bike paths or hiking in the nearby mountains. Here you can enjoy your individual stay as desired. The A8 highway can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Free parking right outside the door

Small space but with everything you need: three beds are located on two small galleries that can be reached with ladders. Downstairs there is a sofa bed and the living/dining area. Through a large window, you have a wonderful view of our orchard. We are private hosts and don't do hosting commercially. As it is part of our everyday family life, it can happen that not everything runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us and we will find a solution :-).

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
