Apartment was absolutely perfect. It is small, but so well designed and equipped, that it actually feels spacious. Cleanliness was on a highest level, place was just spotless when I checked in. The check-in procedure was a pleasure, I was in fluent contact with mr. Gianfranco's personell before coming, and welcomed by them in aparment, where they showed and explained to me everything there is to know. All necessary kitchen appliances are there, huge and very comfortable bed with single wide mattress, big screen Samsung TV, a comfortable workdesk and Wi-Fi which works very fast and stable (almost unbelivable in Germany). Heating work flawlessly, and it's super easy to regulate. Also no problems with hot water, boiler in bathroom provides it sufficiently. Plenty of parking space directly in front of the building or very close nearby. I did not have any problems with that, during 14 days stay and parking the car every evening. I can most definitely recommend this place!

I felt very comfortable in this beautiful, cozy, practical, very well equipped, quietly located granny apartment with very nice hosts (thank you again!), in the small village with panoramic views of the entire Swabian Alps. A small supermarket is within walking distance. By car (recommended due to the public transport connection), you can also quickly reach Stuttgart, Metzingen, Tübingen and the Alb.
