Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, 40m2 & 60m2 terrace. Very cozy. It has a view of the sea and sun all day. Look west. It's on the ground floor. Ideal for a couple. Babies & children NOT ALLOWED. The building has 60 apartments. The pool is seasonal and cosy. My apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the promenade & Santa Ana beach & the park & bus stops. My kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 Air conditioners & all appliances are new. I have 600 MB of WiFi

Arroyo de la miel center and commuter train is around 500 meters away (15 min on foot). La Marina are around 15 min on foot. The biggest pool is only open on summer.
