The building has 60 apartments. The pool is seasonal and cosy. My apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the promenade & Santa Ana beach & the park & bus stops. My kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 Air conditioners & all appliances are new. I have 600 MB of WiFi
