Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). The Sauerland with its fascinating variety of bike tours and hiking routes starts on my doorstep. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the house and has a bathroom with sauna, large kitchen, living and dining room and a spacious bedroom, which is separated from the living room by a curtain. From the bedroom and living room, you have a wonderful view of the castle and the panorama of Cochem, and you can also reach the centre of Cochem on foot in just a few minutes.

Our house is located in the Cologne suburb of Junkersdorf, 3 minutes walk from the stop of line 1, which takes 15 - 20 minutes to the city center. We have 3 rooms in which the beds can be provided either as a single or double bed. There is a fully equiped kitchen and a little bathroom with WC and shower.
