Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The property is at the end of a dead end in the middle of forest and meadows. Great for hikers and bikers, starting right outside. In the large garden behind the house, you can sunbathe to your heart's content, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (£10 for additional costs), or end the day by the campfire!

Our newly renovated, large apartment is part of a historic square courtyard. On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the first floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a parking space and a private, fenced garden.

Our apartment is conveniently located near Düsseldorf. By car in about 15 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf, about 30 minutes from Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day. Small beautiful apartment in our historic farm. Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/bicycle/hiking tours/boat trips or simply to relax. The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg. Shops for everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train station is 11 minutes to the train station. The house of history is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1,9 km away. The open plan "shed" has a private entrance.

Our property is located in the trendy district of Neuehrenfeld. The district is centrally located and very well connected in terms of traffic. There are many different restaurants. You'll love my place because of the comfy beds, the bathroom and the small kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, adventurers, and families (with children).
