It is located close to the edge of the forest and is the ideal starting point for hiking or cycling trips to "Kroppacher Schweiz" and with connection (1 km) to the Westerwaldsteig. In the stables – side by side with chickens and horses

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Our newly renovated and newly furnished apartment "4 Linden" is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Hilchenbach on the premium hiking trail Rothaarsteig. The apartment is 75 square meters and also includes a sauna for 4 people (a 3-hour use per stay is included, further uses for a fee). The city is the starting point of numerous hiking trails and cycling routes in the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park.
