The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. A place to relax and enjoy.

It is a studio with two guest rooms, a daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with a gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, but you have your own privacy. Further information on request. Fresh towels, linens, soap, toilet paper, coffee capsules, etc. Fresh flowers, chocolate, mineral water and fruit are provided as a welcome. Up to 6 people can spend relaxing days there comfortably in three bedrooms. The bathroom as well as the entire 42m² holiday home has been extensively renovated in 2019 and offer a feel-good atmosphere like home. The garden invites you to linger in green nature and the lake is only 300 meters away.

Via a small side exit you can reach the footpath to the bathing bay on the shore of the lake in less than 1 min. The cottage offers an absolutely quiet and private atmosphere. From here you can plan great bike rides or hikes or you can enjoy the absolute idyll and the sparkling lake from the garden & balcony.

Our beautiful, bright and spacious house in Frechen/Cologne is suitable for business travelers, travelers, as well as families with children due to its good transport connection, room layout and facilities. Our charming house is located in the Bachem district which is very quiet. It is mostly families who live there. The forest is very close and the air quality is excellent. The house is newly renovated and is divided into two levels with 110 m².

Manor by the lake - 2 storeys Loft - near cities

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a carefully and lovingly redesigned retreat for 4 people. On the first floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with freestanding bathtub. The 2nd floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed.
