Studio on the second floor of a beach front residence in Lacanau Océan. Very bright studio with balcony and direct ocean views with stunning sunset every night. The beach is opposite at a few steps. Residence slightly off-center from the center, about 200 m (quieter). Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and cafes are not far away. You can get everywhere on foot. Private parking space (badge). Lovers of nature and calm, come and relax in our small pavilion completely renovated in the heart of the pine forest which is ideally located on the dune that borders the lake of Carcans Maubuisson area of Bombannes UCPA (less than 1km) and Carcans Ocean (3,5km) in a quiet residential area without opposite and with its garden of 200m2 (adjoining on one side completely independent), very good exposure. Parking space in front of the pavilion. Ideal for a family and fully equipped.
