This beautiful and bright apartment of 50 m² is located in the heart of Dinard, in front of the casino with direct access to the beach of L'écluse. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. It is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay: household appliances, kitchen utensils, dishes; washing machine with dryer, a hair dryer, and Wifi. Cleaning costs are included in the price and include all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels). :)

Quiet is guaranteed with a very nice garden. Ideal for hosting 1–2 families. It is imperative to respect the quietness of the neighborhood out of respect for the neighborhood, especially after 10pm. The house is not rented for festive evenings. Bed linen is not provided.
