Modern, clean & fully equipped. Located end of row (away from main road) overlooking a horse field. Perfect place for a relaxing break! Free internet 2mbps. Parking next to van. No smoking. No pets. 3 min walk to the beach or 30 min drive to Edinburgh. The #26 bus goes from the main entrance direct to Edinburgh city centre & Zoo. The Haven site has a swimming pool, showbar, shop, fish'n'chips, play park, golf course, archery, kids club, plus loads more (Haven facilities open March-Oct only).

Seton Sands Holiday Village sits perfectly on Scotland’s east coast overlooking the magnificent Firth of Forth, the gateway to Edinburgh. Forth railway bridge is in the distance too, as well as stunning coastal surroundings with a real breath of fresh air. There are loads of activities like Archery, Segways and bug hunts to get involved with here, and a load of entertainment to enjoy too. Have a swim on park, do some fishing at the lake or play a round of golf at the nine-hole course as well.

After successfully managing other peoples holiday homes for 4 years, I am delighted to finally be able to offer my own. Our new caravan is equipped with all that you need to enjoy your getaway. Including central heating so you can stay cosy, no matter the season . There are sliding patio doors that allow access onto the decking so you can enjoy a morning coffee or a nice family meal. The open plan lounge has a smart TV & an electric fire, making the perfect space for family entertainment.

Our beautiful, light, bright flat has recently been renovated to a high standard and will provide you with a comfortable and relaxing base for your trip to Edinburgh. It takes less than 8 minutes to walk to the flat from Haymarket Train Station and Tram Stop; the tram will take you to and from the airport, and into town if your legs are too tired for the 15-20 minute walk! There are also lots of buses available close by.
