The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Cosy apartment in an old half-timbered house, furnished with a great deal of care. Separate entrance, sunny terrace.. here only the birds "disturb". The property is at the end of a dead end in the middle of forest and meadows. Great for hikers and bikers, starting right outside. In the large garden behind the house, you can sunbathe to your heart's content, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (£10 for additional costs), or end the day by the campfire!

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs. Our trailer, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer accommodation services, keeping it completely mobile - while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.
