Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.
