Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! Herzlich willkommen in unserer 73 qm großen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Südost-Balkon im Chiemgau! Sie liegt in Niedernfels, einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Marquartstein. Ins Ortszentrum sind es ca. 1,5 km, zum kleinen Badesee bei Grassau 3 km, zum Chiemsee rund 15 km. Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege. Der Chiemgau ist aber auch ein Paradies für Radtouren. Familien lockt der nahe Märchenpark zu einem Besuch.
