Warm atmosphere for this 2 rooms of 55 m2, South, courtyard side, in a recent luxury residence, labeled. Quiet and rest assured, 2 steps from the old port, the market, the train station, the hospital, the aquarium. A living-room gives access to the open kitchen, which opens onto the south-facing balcony on the inner courtyard. The corridor with dressing room gives access to the bedroom (bed 160 cm), the bathroom with toilet. 2 bicycles (deposit). Enclosed parking in the basement of the residence. 2 people only.

Very bright apartment, hyper center, 4* INPI

Very nice apartment crossing, 55 m2, on the 2nd floor: 2' from the old port (all fun without disturbances), 5' from the central market and 7' from the train station: perfect for enjoying all the charms, many, of La Rochelle on foot. The view is relaxing, not directly overlooked: the living room to the south overlooks a small private square and the 2 bedrooms, to the north, on the canal and the Church of Saint-Sauveur (17th century). Suitable for two adults with two children, or for four adults.

New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

Flat with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons max., renoved in 2016/2017 with a wonderfull view on the sea and the old harbour. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). Traditional half-timbered house dating from the 15th century The apartment of 65 m2 offers a warm vintage decoration with a kitchen at the top Television in each room as well as in the living room. Passionate about decoration, I made every effort to make this place authentic. Upon your arrival, the beds are made as well as at your disposal with towels. The apartment is located in one of the liveliest areas of the old town, just a few minutes walk from the port.

stunning home home

My 62m² home is located in the heart of the historic center, on a pedestrian street, easy to access. A stone's throw from the old port, the market, shops etc . No car needed: everything is in walking distance. You'll love my place because of the comfort and thoughtful decor. Upon arrival, beds are made, towels are provided, and 1st breakfast is offered. There is a parking space in the private parking lot 10 minutes walk from the apartment and a bike room.

Our accommodation is close to all tourist places (Old port, aquarium, train station, central market, beach, cinemas) Each of these strategic points is a few hundred meters away, while being in a very quiet area. Great market (7am-10pm) 3 minutes away. Your car (s) parked in the basement (2 places). Everything is done on foot or by bike.
