Access to the beach is very easy with children, the accommodation is nice, well decorated with a large balcony where you could dine while listening to the waves. A parking space in this location is a real plus. Thank you for your hospitality and a great vacation.

Overall, we had a great stay at Isabelles' apartment and felt very comfortable. Beautiful balcony with morning sun, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom with large shower, small pool and right on the beach. The beds are a little harder. Very quiet and relaxed in September. We would come back.

Nice little apartment perfectly renovated, well equipped and ideally located for enjoying the family pool. Carole welcomed us with good humor and gave us information to make our stay easier. Nothing to say, it's a 10/10, we'll definitely be back.

The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable and well-equipped. (sheets and towels are included) In a residence with secure parking space, quiet. We thank Patrick and Marie for their hospitality and special touches. We had a lovely stay in Andernos despite the weather and we'll be happy to come back.

Imagine: you leave your vehicle in the building's underground parking lot (your space is reserved), you park your bikes in the specific secure premises, you take out your luggage and bring it to the apartment via the elevator, you discover the accommodation decorated with a lot of taste and care by Stéphane and Cathy, you immediately enjoy the superb and spacious terrace (sea view) or the Cocoon interior, fully equipped and comfortable or the beach (you open the back door and you are there….. — Bakery 150 m away, the 2k top Cambodian restaurant 100 m away, the Café de la Plage, Diego or Saint Ferdinand 500 m away… The bike path in front of the building, we didn't use the car for 7 days: bike to Pila, Biscarrosse, Cazaux Gujan Mestras, Teiche, Cap Ferret: magical! Don't hesitate…, moreover, Hélène at Check-in/out will also be permanently in the back office, efficient for all requests.

Delighted with my stay, we were greeted by myriam who is adorable,and was flexible on arrival/departure times, which embellished our stay having come by train with a 23-month-old baby. the studio remains simple but sufficiently equipped and clean. i highly recommend this place.

My host was recommended to me by an acquaintance and I am very satisfied with it. She was very accommodating because not normally hosting on one night, she finally accepted it so for that thank you again. The apartment located on Eysines is quiet, peaceful and safe. Close to all amenities (tram station next door). Apart from its location, the decoration is beautiful and warm, it feels very good right away. Cleanliness is indisputable. Nathalie's place is conveniently located for exploring the beautiful Arcachon Bay area. It is also very well-equipped and quiet. As for the hosts, they are available, responsive. They will not fail to give you the best advice to make the most of your stay. Hosts and a property that I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the best Airbnb experience I've ever had — this is how Airbnb should be. Nathaniel has truly raised the bar. From the personalized check-in, to every detail in the space being thoughtfully curated, down to the plush robes, snacks, and even a binder of local recommendations. It genuinely felt like a 5-star hotel with the warmth of a home. The amenities were impeccable. Everything you could possibly need and then some. Nathaniel was also incredibly responsive and kind — the type of host who actually cares and it shows in every interaction. If I could give 6 stars, I would. May's place is perfectly located for exploring the Bassin d 'Arcachon du Pyla in Cap Ferret. Well equipped and quiet, it has a parking space. William's hosting was very nice. We would recommend this listing.

Excellent accommodation in a good location. It has everything you need for a successful stay (dishes, hob, oven, dishwasher etc.). Only a few things were missing (shower gel, dishwasher tablet or garbage bag) but this was corrected during the stay. In short, a highly responsive host. The apartment is clean overall.

We used Pierre's place to sleep only. However, the living room is rather spacious and embellished with a beautiful terrace which is certainly a big plus in summer. Pierre's arrival protocol is clear but at night it's difficult, the numbers of the parking spaces are erased and no distinctive sign on the building... we had to bother our host!! The bedding is extremely comfortable. Too bad linens are not provided... Thank you Pierre

Apartment in a quiet and very well located residence for visiting the Bassin d 'Arcachon. The 2 parking spots at the residence are a plus. Good communication with Francis.

We had a lovely time in the accommodation. Thuan picked us up from the station. Allowed us to have the place earlier and much later. Very clean, very nice accommodation. a little extra for everything Thuan leaves us available which avoids purchases for a few days. We were able to enjoy the pool which is very nice. Thuan is very friendly. We'll be happy to go back.

The house we liked very much. Equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. Great is the pool, which we often had to ourselves in August. The proximity to the beaches and all shops is very convenient - you can get everywhere quickly by bike. A place to feel 100% comfortable and relax. Patrick is a wonderful host.

Great weekend at Mathieu's, the apartment is clean and very well equipped. The building is quiet, secure and you can park your car there. I highly recommend it!
