Apartment located upstairs (no PMR access), very close to the center, 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, the bird sanctuary, the port with its 20m high Belvedere, the body of water (supervised beach July/August). Shops nearby.

Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.

We welcome you to this charming little townhouse, which is 10 km from Arcachon and only 15 minutes from the Pyla dune! It includes a bright main room with a fitted kitchen and a sofa bed.
