Two-room apartment, 28 m² (separate from our house), comprising 1 bedroom with 1 140-cm bed, 1 living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 kitchenette, shower room and WC. No smoking. Welcome tray (coffee, tea, cakes). Apartment located upstairs (no PMR access), very close to the center, 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, the bird sanctuary, the port with its 20m high Belvedere, the body of water (supervised beach July/August). Shops nearby.

Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. In the shade of a mimosa, you will appreciate the authenticity of this cottage located close to the ports of Gujan-Mestras and the shops. This 27 m2 independent 2-room is equipped to the highest standard to allow you to have a comfortable stay (Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, 4 bikes...). Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

You won't be short of activities or if you were, visit the Teich Tourist Office website ;) Close to the train station, you can easily go to Arcachon (15 min) or Bordeaux (30 min). During school holidays, rent from Saturday to Saturday only.
