Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are plenty of spaces to read or eat, a gorgeous terrace with chaise longue, a patio with table and chairs, and a small garden with armchairs.

Enjoy exposed beam tall ceilings, stone floors, lovely outdoor space, uninterrupted lake views—especially the stars—and a perfect base for hiking, boating, relaxing, sunbathing, and savoring local cuisine.

Two bedroom cabin, large living room and garden immersed in the greenery of nature. Reachable about 20 minutes on foot from Albogasio superior (650 meters on foot, difference in height (from parking) 200 meters approx.). Free parking at the foot of the climb. The house is close to Switzerland and Porlezza and is not far from the lake and some refreshing rivers (you have to get off the climb to reach them). From the cabin some interesting excursions start. SPA availability (mag-set).
