From the windows, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the rooftops of the historic centre, Lake Lugano and Mount Brè. We are in Piazza Cioccaro, the arrival point of the funicular that connects the city centre to the railway station. It is an area full of restaurants and shops. The famous Via Nassa, with its boutiques, is a minute's walk away, and the lake is just a two-minute walk away.
