Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Nettuno

Our stay at B&B Tobia was amazing. It is a gated property with a large historic family home – absolutely beautiful. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. They were neat and clean and with our own private bathroom with fresh towels. There was a small shared kitchenette available at the end of the hall with a refrigerator for our cold food storage. We were able to park on the property which was a plus for us so we didn’t have to worry about parking on the street. There were quiet places on the property to enjoy rest and relaxation or just some time with family or friends. The surrounding area of Cave is nice with places within a short walking distance to enjoy a meal out. We were served a wonderful full fresh breakfast each morning with espresso. Paolo and his father Emmanuel and Maria (Emmanuel’s sister) were what made our stay there most special. We couldn’t say enough about them. They were thoughtful, friendly, helpful and cared about every concern for us as their guests – going above and beyond. Five stars isn’t enough to rate this place! We give it our highest recommendation.

The airbnb was an excellent stay for us We were a family of 4 The rooms were fairly large and two bathrooms were available for use One in the room and one on floor Everything was clean and comfortable And the area was convenient We had a pharmacy near by, a pizza restaurant and a few other places A very quite area and the nuns had a great energy as well The price was great for what we had, and the room had a balcony as well which was a plus The only thing was that the area was cooler than the center and the heater was only turned on for 4 hours at night Pretty sure simone would have been helpful if we asked And the location was an hour of public transportation from the center However the bus station is a 4 minutes walk and the bus drops you off right at the train station where you take the train for 25 minutes Pretty convenient if you dont mind taking public transportation Also verryy close to ciampino airport which saved us when we were so close to missing our flight.

We had a really good time, we left with slightly high expectations, from the description and photos, and we were not disappointed at all. Fantastic location, in the middle of greenery but not too secluded, comfortable apartment with what you need, and even something more (tea and coffee available for guests). But what made the difference was especially the outdoor spaces, the garden, and the pool. Paolo and Julia were great hosts. Their dog Lia, polite and never intrusive, my daughter fell in love with it! We were so sorry to have to leave. We highly recommend it, we hope to have a chance to go back

I stayed with Flavia my last night in Rome and I was still a little overwhelmed from my visit. It was a great place to just settle in and enjoy a peaceful moment. The patio and gardens are a beautiful place to just sit and take it all in. They have really created such a sweet little retreat from the chaos of the busy city.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be near the airport. It’s a lovely, peaceful place despite being close to the airport. The hosts treated us very well and the breakfast was delicious. The dining area is lovely and cozy. We were very comfortable at this location

Mauro was quick at responding to all my questions. The room was clean and had all listed amenities. Breakfast was delicious! We had an amazing dinner at a local restaurant just down the road.

Short but perfect stay, very close to the airport. Floriana was very welcoming and available right away. The place is very well cared for and well maintained. The thing that struck me the most given my early departure was the breakfast served in small boxes. A pleasant surprise. I'll be back

She was very welcoming, we only had a short stay before our flight back to London. it was very peaceful

Giorgio and Simonella were always available, always had an open ear and great tips for our excursions. If we had a wish, it was implemented in a timely manner. A very warm family. The use of the pool was possible at any time and we really appreciated it. We can only recommend staying with Giorgio. Also the breakfast offered was sufficient. We felt very comfortable.

well cared for new structure, posiazio right in the central square of Norma. Breakfast was not in the bnb but the activity where we had breakfast is of quality.

After a small challenge to find the B&B (navigation indicated the block of houses on the left but was eventually a hidden road on the right) we were received super friendly by Danila. What a beautiful garden and lovely swimming pool! Room was sparkling clean. All the comforts. Maybe a good kettle as a nice addition. We didn't miss the air conditioning. Shower big and nice. Tasty fresh eggs at breakfast and a delicious pasta for lunch. Danila is a very sweet and good hostess. Her English is enough to understand each other. Surroundings beautiful and green and nice restaurants. Some improvement: beds by the pool, number are broken and others very hard to lie on for a long time. And the bed in the room was for my friend (1.87) on the short side. It also swept enormously with every movement and I was skewed because it is heavier. But in addition to these little points nothing but positive. I would love to come back here again. Danila, thanks so much

Make sure to read the istructions on how to get there and not just the address. Danila was very accomodating and we were able to recharge our e-bikes. The terrace where we had breakfast was super nice. We didn't have much time to enjoy the place but I believe it would be a really nice spot for longer stays. Other guests were a bit noisy but when asked to quiet down at night they complied.
