This apartment is a great place to stay for those looking for an affordable place outside of Rome and right next to the beach. The train station is easily accessible and convenient. The apartment was in excellent condition when we checked in and enjoyed our whole stay. I would recommend Pierpaolo’s place to other fellow travelers.

I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was impeccable, comfortable, clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect because it was both in nature and by car not too far from downtown Rome. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The apartment corresponded exactly to the photos and was very welcoming. The host's daughter was concerned and very friendly. The central location is perfect for exploring the city on foot – everything is very close. The apartment is well-equipped and has all the necessary utensils needed for a comfortable stay. The windows are well insulated, which creates a quiet atmosphere, apart from the sounds that come from the adjacent pub for young people. In the summer it can get quite noisy there, which could be a bit disruptive for sensitive ears. i recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a central location and a friendly hostess!

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment, the check-in was done with our host Nikolic, very friendly and generous. He invited us for a welcome drink and filled the fridge with above the standard essentials. The apartment is as described, huge with lots of light and a terrace all around, it is situated very near the train station. Many thanks Nikolic for your kindness and welcoming!

Kjeld's house was amazing. The terrace and the view are beautiful and if you want to see Cori and the surrounding area, it is well located. Kjeld responds quickly and is available for any problems that arise. However, it is not clear from the a and it was not well communicated despite specifically asking that the accessibility of the this property is very difficult. It is 153 uneven steps down from the parking and about 300m. So large suitcases are not recommended. You can drive a small car within about 50m of the property for unloading but you need a skilled driver. No parking there. Also, within the property, there is a 12-15 step staircase to enter and 20 steps to get to the bedrooms as well as about 25 uneven and narrow steps to the terrace. All well worth it but not the right place for you if you have anyone in your party with any mobility issues. Otherwise the house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We would love to stay again.

The villa is impeccable, spacious and tastefully furnished, equipped with every comfort for a really pleasant stay. The outdoor spaces are also wonderful, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, immersed in tranquility. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making sure that everything was perfect for my visit. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat near Rome, with easy access to the beauties of the Roman Castles, this is the ideal place. Can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Marina was so helpful and whenever there was an issue, it would be sorted out quickly. There was an issue with the air conditioning the first night but it was resolved quickly the next day. Would definitely come back here again.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

A friendly cottage in Genzano near a beautiful lagoon, very friendly in a very charming old building

We spent nine days in Lido di Ostia and with Valentino's apartment, we had a great location in town. The apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard, and the house is a beautiful building. Valentino personally welcomed us very warmly and explained everything to us. We arrived late in the evening due to delays, but it wasn't a problem, and we felt very welcome. There were three of us traveling, and the apartment was perfect for that. Based on the description, we initially thought there was a second bedroom, but when we arrived and saw the layouts, everything was fine, even without an additional room. We'd love to come back!

Lovely apartment with huge balcony overlooking the sea. You’re on the beach in less than 5 minutes walk. Lucilla is very helpful and friendly. Kitchen is well-equipped.

The apartment is beautiful as in the descriptions and Luna is a very available amphitryon. I recommend it.

Joseph's place is beautiful. Great equipped, clean and right next to the sea. Joseph was always quick to reach and very nice. The check-in was carried out with us by his father, which was completely uncomplicated and very warm. We highly recommend the property and would come back.
