We are 3.5 km from the sea and 7 km from the centre of Anzio and the Grotte di Nerone. Lido di Lavinio station, with its multi-ethnic hustle and bustle, is 500 metres away and offers a 50-minute connection to Rome. Regional Road 207 Nettunense is 200 metres long. We are 6 minutes from the Tor Caldara Regional Nature Reserve (we recommend checking the opening hours).

There is also a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool shared with guests of the Villa Kinga 1 apartment. For greater privacy, you can rent both apartments, which can be connected through a door, and have the entire villa to yourself
