Living area with kitchenette, separate bedroom with box spring bed, modern bathroom and a large terrace. An assigned parking space, bicycle shed with e-bike charging facility. Bakeries and restaurants within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.

The beach and promenade are just 400 metres away. In July and August, we apply a minimum stay of 5 nights to ensure a relaxing seaside experience. Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muß derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten (siehe zusätzliche Kosten) von 120 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr von 53 EURO für Bettwäsche und Handtücher unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

This cozy guesthouse has all the comforts. It is within walking distance of the beach, is tastefully decorated, has a private entrance, is suitable for 2 people (no babies) and has a private terrace on the water. In the area, you can enjoy hiking, biking and (kite)surfing. The guesthouse has underfloor heating, so you can also stay here in winter. There is a private parking space, and the location can also be reached easily by public transportation.

The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
