🌳 Our shepherd’s hut ‘De Lachende Specht’ is tucked away in the woods, offering peace and privacy. From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Unwind or head out and feel the energy of the outdoors, you’re in for a lovely stay!

Shepherd's wagon in the countryside - idyllic and modern

Our two cosy shepherd's wagons in the northern Münsterland offer you a relaxing break in the countryside. Located directly on the cycle path, close to the Dutch border – you can reach Münster in about 45 minutes. Lovingly furnished and well equipped: small kitchen, private bathroom, underfloor heating, 1.60 × 2 m foldaway bed (table during the day – bed in the evening), private terrace with a wide view of the greenery. A special place to stay for quiet breaks. 🌿

Shepherd's wagon meadow lodge

Enjoy pure nature and stay in our shepherd's wagons (similar to tiny houses) in the middle of the sheep pasture. The cars are comfortably furnished with a full bathroom and small kitchen, so you won't miss anything. The shepherd's wagons are close to the main building of the Friesenhof - there you can take advantage of further amenities: breakfast, farm shop, wellness, children's paradise, bicycle rental, fireplace, etc. For 4 people, we will provide a stroller.

Unique atmospheric western covered wagon

Wake up in nature, surrounded by the quiet sounds of our horses and the beauty of the countryside. Perfect for lovers of animals, nature and relaxation.

Caravan with sleeping cabin near Dokkum

Experience a unique overnight stay in caravan "Carpe Diem", located in a quiet place, near the water at the Lyts Aldwald park. This is a small-scale recreation park in Aldwald in the beautiful Fryske scenery. At about 30 m you will find the water, from where you can sail in no time by boat to the Lauwersmeer or Dokkum. Our caravan is 10 km from Dokkum and 3 of Veenklooster, with its annual Pentecost. Ideal to look for the coziness and then relax and unwind.

The small cottage

The small cottage is at the back of the field with a wide view. You can park in the front yard at our other guesthouse. A stone path leads to the mobile home. If it gets a little colder, you can light the wood stove and warm up by the fire. There is an equipped kitchen with a two-burner gas stove. Everything is basic there, so no luxury things. The toilet is a drying toilet, and there is no shower. However, a sink with hot and cold water.

Construction trailer with a view

Enjoy an overnight stay in the cozy construction trailer with a wide view of the fields of our farm. Our large garden with old oaks, (the oak processionary moth was professionally vacuumed and disposed of by a specialist company) invites you to linger. On the private terrace there are sun loungers and on request a fire bowl ready to enjoy the time in nature. Discover the surroundings by bike or on foot right in front of the trailer door.

Dat lütte Moorhus

Overnight stay on the alpaca pasture! We would like to invite you to relax, stay overnight and enjoy the peace and quiet at Moorhus. The small trailer has a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for 2 people and a separate bathroom including a shower with hot water. You can enjoy your breakfast on the outdoor terrace and relax by the campfire in the evening. The surrounding area is very popular with cyclists, canoeists and hikers.

Our charming gypsy wagon is located in the peaceful outskirts of Amsterdam, surrounded by meadows, birds, and silence. A cosy spot where you can relax together, far from the hustle and bustle, yet with the city within easy reach.

Yellow Pipo wagon, Peelheuvel

Enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings of this romantic accommodation. Camping de Peelheuvel is located in the quiet village of Sint Anthonis. The perfect place to unwind, with the nearby forests of the State Forestry Administration in Sint Anthonis. There is a sanitary facility on the site (2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 washbasins).

Treat yourself to some time for yourself and visit our retreat hut. Our retreat cabin is adjacent to our country hostel and has a view of wide meadows and beautiful sunsets. Even in winter, our cabin is comfortably and warmly heated. On request, a small campfire can be made in front of the cabin.

Construction trailer with rustic charm.

Slightly converted construction trailer. It is all clean and tidy. However, the history of the construction trailer was not removed. So I would not call it a small castle, which was once a construction trailer, but a construction trailer in which you can have a good vacation.
