Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. We rent our idyllic 2-room apartment in a quiet hillside location in the center of Schwäbisch Hall with private garden and old town view. You can prepare meals in the kitchen. In 5 minutes you can walk to the old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you will also find a parking space for your car. Our friendly apartment (approx. 40 m²) offers a stroll through the design history of the 1920s to the present day. All the furniture has been lovingly restored.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation.
