Holiday rentals with a balcony in Poitou-Charentes

We recently concluded a 2-month stay in this penthouse apartment and had a generally positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious and inviting terrace, which offered a fantastic outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the availability of private parking and the apartment’s excellent location added much convenience to our visit. However, we did encounter a few issues upon arrival. The house was not completely clean, and we found that the bathtub was broken, which made it impossible for us to take a bath. Additionally, the absence of a curtain in the bathroom meant that water would end up everywhere during showers. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. Despite these drawbacks, we greatly enjoyed our time here.

Cedric place is in the located near a lovely park in the residential, area yet very close to all shops and restaurants. The flat is modern, spacious and tastefully furnished. And on sunny days, the terrace is a wonderful extension. We felt at home and enjoyed thoroughly our stay.

My stay at this place was very nice, impeccable decoration, very neat, very comfortable bed,the location 1 min from the train station and buses is perfect. I'd recommend it without a second thought

We had a great time at Alfred and Danielle's place. The description of the apartment matches the reality. The apartment is superb and very well located for enjoying Bordeaux. Alice was very professional and told us some very nice places to visit in Bordeaux. We'll be back with pleasure

Great, we were able to enjoy our stay independently. Easy to access, its location allows you to enjoy the beach and La Rochelle without being bothered with our car. A big thank you to Anaïs who was very responsive and attentive in messages, a great host! ☀️

Stunning house, very close to beaches, a bakery, etc. The only concern was the house's decor, which featured potentially offensive colonial images - but otherwise a beautiful place to spend a holiday and great value for money.

This was our second Christmas break at Julian's place after being lucky enough to stumble upon it last minute last year. It was just as perfect as we remembered. A gorgeous space (especially the beautiful fireplace) in a beautiful little French village. There is lots of lovely countryside to roam around on your doorstep and a big town with lots to do nearby, but we spent most of our holiday relaxing by the fire. Julian is a great host. Very responsive and the apartment is easy to access and has always been perfectly clean and tidy when we arrive. Thank you for another lovely Christmas. We are already considering spending a third year in a row in Pocé-sur-Cisse so we can stay here again.

We had a great time, very quiet and private house, easy to get to a lot of the Loire Castles from there. Place was very clean and checkin was easy. We would stay again without a question!

Lovely place and we will look forward to going back.
