Holiday rentals with a balcony in Poitou-Charentes

We recently concluded a 2-month stay in this penthouse apartment and had a generally positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious and inviting terrace, which offered a fantastic outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the availability of private parking and the apartment’s excellent location added much convenience to our visit. However, we did encounter a few issues upon arrival. The house was not completely clean, and we found that the bathtub was broken, which made it impossible for us to take a bath. Additionally, the absence of a curtain in the bathroom meant that water would end up everywhere during showers. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. Despite these drawbacks, we greatly enjoyed our time here.

Très bon emplacement. Au cœur du centre ville, de très nombreux restaurants au pied de l’appartement, et pourtant appartement très calme, très bonne isolation phonique. Appartement très agréable.

Logement correspondant au descriptif et à proximité du centre-ville à pied en moins de 30mn. Et arrêt de bus à proximité ainsi que commerces. Correspondant à nos attentes.

équipe très responsive. il y a tout ce que vous avez besoin. bien placé pour faire tout le centre à pied. rien à redire.

Un séjour parfait ! L’appartement était exactement comme sur les photos, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. L’hôte était très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage !

Bon logement , bien placé. Le plus : Netflix. Quand on voyage avec des enfants c’est toujours bien de pouvoir regarder une série avant d’aller se coucher 🤗

Très beau logement bien équipé et propre

Le logement et le séjour c’est très bien passé . L’agencement de la maison est parfait . Petit regret Pas compris qu’il n’y a pas de chambre en bas mais le canapé lit du salon / j’avais pourtant demandé par téléphone . Et le portail face à la mer n’est pas accessible pour les voitures . Et celui à l’arrière est très difficile d’accès et à manipuler . Un peu compliqué pour des personnes agees .

Parfait, nous avons pu profiter en toute autonomie de notre séjour. Facile d’accès son emplacement permet de profiter de la plage et de La Rochelle sans être embête avec notre voiture. Un grand merci à Anaïs qui a été très réactive et à l’écoute dans les messages, une super hôte ! ☀️

This was our second Christmas break at Julian's place after being lucky enough to stumble upon it last minute last year. It was just as perfect as we remembered. A gorgeous space (especially the beautiful fireplace) in a beautiful little French village. There is lots of lovely countryside to roam around on your doorstep and a big town with lots to do nearby, but we spent most of our holiday relaxing by the fire. Julian is a great host. Very responsive and the apartment is easy to access and has always been perfectly clean and tidy when we arrive. Thank you for another lovely Christmas. We are already considering spending a third year in a row in Pocé-sur-Cisse so we can stay here again.

Lovely place and we will look forward to going back.
