Marie José and her husband are charming and welcoming, they gave us good advice to get to the city center of Birdeaux and to park near the concert hall. The apartment is very quiet, very well equipped, nothing missing to have a great stay!

There is nothing missing from this apartment, even the vacuum cleaner is quiet for our comfort 😊 When we arrived, our host was there, turned on the heater, and took the time to explain a few small details of everyday life. I had a great stay at Frédéric's place. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Communication was smooth, and Frédéric was very responsive and helpful. Just keep in mind that you need to bring your own towels, bedsheets, and covers. Other than that, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Very pleasant accommodation, in perfect condition, it seems almost new. The common areas are very nice, large, nicely decorated and the bedrooms are also very beautiful and comfortable. Everything is perfectly equipped including the kitchen: everything is there, including nice large wine glasses. Large garden behind the house with covered terrace; it was not barbecues season but it makes you want to come back!

Claire is a pleasant host and responsive to messages. All instructions are clear and check-in is well prepared. Sophie who welcomed us on site was very nice and available by message. The accommodation is modern, very functional and well-equipped (all the essentials for the children, we had two ). It is very suitable for families in a very good location, it is very nice to have private parking and access to the beach in a few minutes on foot. We were not in high season but the location means there are quite a few car passages on the other hand. At night, quiet building on the other hand (not very busy at the moment). We recommend it without hesitation! It's an address to remember.
