The apartment was built about 12 years ago as an extension to the existing building. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (about 10 square meters with an automatic awning) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

The detached house, which is over 200 square meters, is located a little further back at the exit of the village of Wolfgarten, in the middle of the Eifel National Park. The house has a 4000 sqm garden and an orchard that borders directly on the forest.
