Nothing to say, perfect home. The house has everything you need and for anything they are super friendly and helpful.

Nice, comfortable house for a family. The public transit to Trastevere was frequent and easy. We enjoyed our visit!

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Great location and so reasonably price P went above and beyond and even went and bought us groceries as we arrived late at night so we could have dinner for ourselves great apartment

Great space with lots of room and high ceilings. Right downtown so you can be at a restaurant, cafe, or bar in a moment. Super convenient that it has a lift up to the third floor where it's located. We also had a baby with us and the crib they provided was lovely. It was a pack and play style crib but I'm pretty sure it's standard crib size. He actually took it out of the box right infront of me when we checked in, and they got a foam crib mattress for it as well so it wasn't just the hard pack and play floor for her to sleep on. We stayed with them in april 2025, it was great to know that the crib was clean (as it was new the day we got there) but it might be comforting for others who might be staying in the near future to know that the crib hasn't been used very much.

The remote check-in was a first for us and went extremely smoothly. It was lovely to arrive in the clean, bright apartment after hours of travelling. We didn’t have the best weather but still managed to sit on the terrace quite a bit - the views are wonderful! Apart from Castel Sant’ Angelo (well worth a visit) you could see not one but three quadrighe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was a nice room to wake up in. We didn’t find the light coming in in the morning a problem as we were always so tired after exploring each day. The kitchen was shiny and well-equipped (I hope we used the bins/sorted the rubbish correctly!) - perhaps it could use a good solid chopping board and some cloths for drying up? Bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of storage and towel hanging space and the shower was already on the right setting so easy to use. With its easy access to various bridges into the city and both the Vatican and Trastevere in walking distance, we highly recommend!

This stay was perfect for my family of 9 adults 🙌🏽 A modern, bright, spacious place in a historic building. The rooftop terrace was so fun to have to enjoy a drink at sunset and everything was new and convenient. Helpful electronic key and instructions about the house. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Great wifi if you are a digital nomad. It felt like home for cooking a meal and was quietly away from the bustle of center Rome. The location was not bad for getting to sights of Rome — near Termini Station and a short Uber ride. Just great. They thought of everything!

We stayed at this very well located accommodation between the monti and the historic center (5 min walk to the Colosseum and 10 min to the Trevi Fountain). Very, very, central location in Trastevere. Easy to get from Trastevere across the river. Half hour walk to/from Trastevere Station to get to/from FCO. The Host, Ladi, was super responsive and gave lots of suggestions and advice when he met up with us and even showed us around a little. Apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The apartment was surprisingly quiet given how central it is and the patio was a luxurious private space.

Alessandra’s apartment was perfect for our stay (two couples) in Rome. It’s in walking distance to all the attractions, but the neighborhood itself is slightly less busy than many others, while still offering countless dining and shopping options. Check-in was incredibly easy, and Alessandra was very helpful in arranging transport to the airport for our departure. I would definitely stay here again.

Simona's house is a haven of peace. Beauty, disconcerting tranquility. It's good to live there. Located in the heights of VELLETRI , you will have a magnificent view of the city and the mountains around. We loved this stay, we loved Italy. You need to do it again. Simona is very friendly, and responds to the slightest request. We give them a 10/10 rating.

This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.

For us, the place was so perfect with grandparents and children. We felt right at home and were allowed to use it like our home. It was well equipped. Thank you for this nice and friendly place.

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous. So many thanks to you Raffaele for accommodating an early accommodation, we so greatly appreciate it. We were blessed to find your place as our first stop in Italy! Best to you.

Emanuele and Ana are the dream hosts, kind, nice, helpful, always receptive and very skilled in making you feel like one of them. They decorated the whole house knowing it was my boyfriend's birthday, I was shocked, tears 💚💚 thanks for everything

I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. We were so well looked after. The host (Laura) even drove me to the local supermarket to get groceries, as we arrived late and had our child with us. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. The place is incredible! Large, traditionally decorated interior and impressive outside space. A lovely little welcome pack is available in the kitchen with some breakfast items and the whole place was outstandingly clean. You won’t be disappointed with this accommodation. Thank you so very much Laura!!! You went above and beyond for us and that was before you posted a scarf back to us in the UK that we left in Rome.
