Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We stayed in the original rock for two weeks with two adults, two children and dog and were super satisfied. The property complies with the descriptions and has everything you need. Especially the natural pool and jacuzzi were used every day bonus. The location is great. Lake Achen is close by and also various hiking areas, such as the Karwendel mountains are within easy reach. We would fully recommend the original rock.

You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.

We had a wonderful girls weekend in this fantastic chalet! The house not only offers generous space, but is furnished with an incredible amount of love for detail. You immediately notice that everything has been thought of here – be it in the well-equipped kitchen, the cozy bedrooms or the stylish bathrooms. A very special highlight was the bathtub. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back! Thanks again to Steffi for the uncomplicated and great communication ☺️

We spent one night with six in Aster Häusl. After skiing, we first went to the wellness area, which we all enjoyed very much. The view from the infinity pool is truly impressive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent – freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious cheese, and fresh salmon were included. The staff were very accommodating throughout from the introduction to our cabin to checkout, and we felt completely comfortable. Definitely a recommendation!

The 7 of us spent a wonderful week over New Year at the Villa. Firstly I cannot stress enough how wonderful Gunther was a host - even though he was flying out as we drove through Austria, we got very clear and helpful instructions and the manual within the house was just a source of information. The house was beautifully appointed, very clean and with all the mod-cons you could ask for. The Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for cooking for many people and there was plenty of seating round the dining table. The bedrooms were all comfortable with quality linen and towels - which makes such a difference to a stay. The location in Motz is beautiful and peaceful, and we enjoyed the morning stroll to the bakery and the supermarket for breakfast before exploring all the region has to offer. I would say having a car is a benefit as going to Swarovski world, or up the mountain, or to a medieval town or just into Innsbruck dinner is easier with a car.

We stayed with Flo and Günther in Scharnitz for 2 days. We really enjoyed it. They great hosts and the location is ideal for excursions!

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

Stayed at Angelika’s beautiful home for 4 nights to ski at Garmisch-Classic, the home is in a perfect spot in between Hausberg and Kandahar Express, the house has incredible fittings all throughout, beautiful views of the mountains from both the kitchen and living room. Angelika was always incredibly responsive and helpful, even late at night! 14/10 would stay here again.

The house is exactly as advertised. It is located in a calm and clean neighborhood and has a very quiet environment. The house has an extraordinary view of greenery from the balcony. It's amazing to start your day with coffee on the balcony with the sound of the birds. Germany weather is cold and hard only :)

I had a wonderful stay at this home in Austria! The host was exceptionally kind and responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully scenic — exactly as described. It offered great value for money and made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Michael’s place was just right for us, two couples. We found snacks when we arrived and access was simple. The property was clean and everything was just as described. The drive into Munich was easy and there’s also a train stop nearby. We highly recommend Michael’s place.

We were in a very large group in the house for a winter vacation and everyone had enough space and retreat space. The location of the house is really perfect. Behind the house is the forest for walking/tobogganing and in front of the house is the place. The kitchen and bathrooms are visually outdated, but absolutely functional. The kitchen will be renovated soon. The house has a great panoramic view and is in the sun most of the day. There are SO many things for kids, it was really convenient.

Everything worked out great. Beautiful cottage. Just outside of Maurach. But everything was very easy to reach on foot (restaurants, cable car, ski slope, bus connection...). House was very well equipped overall. Everything was available. Cozy bedrooms and living area.

The accommodation is cute, very pleasant, well equipped with in addition to what to occupy on rainy days (books, board games...) not to mention the ancillary activities available (swimming pool, sauna, solarium, fitness, children's game room, ping pong table). In addition it is conveniently located at the crossroads of cities such as Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Oberaudorf alone is worth a visit and especially as Tyrol is within reach to vary the excursions. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Germany. It was a little piece of paradise.

The place is highly recommended. There's nothing missing. There is also a great swimming pool and sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towel are available in the apartment. The view over the lake and the Karwendel Mountains is unique and fantastic. A place to recover. Very quiet. Directly at the house starts the path around the lake and there are many hiking trails in the area. A trip to the Herzogstand is recommended. In good weather you can see the Zugspitze. Lake Walchensee is beautiful and has this unique color. In the village, however, there is almost no shopping (the cafe on the lake for the essentials) and to Kochel am See, you have to drive over a serpentine road. That should be borne in mind. The landlady pointed this out to us beforehand and we were prepared. Excellent communication, with all the important information hardly before arrival. Everything as described and a great place to stay. Everything as described and in the photos in the ad.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

Accommodation was great and as described. The location is great and also the pool and sauna are great.

Nice little apartment. There were four of us. Two adults and two kids and that went well for the days. Small disadvantage: the pool was not always open and the sauna was not on. You probably should have signed up. Beautiful surroundings.

We felt so at home in this beautiful apartment! The view was simply stunning and the spacious rooms offered more than enough space to relax and unwind. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they welcomed us with open arms and assisted us throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, we lacked nothing. We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the magnificent view while having our breakfast. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back. Many thanks to the hosts for the unforgettable stay!

Super place. Birgit and Andy were such welcoming hosts and gave us great recommendation for a locals bar which was excellent. Very convenient for the Oktoberfest. Definitely recommend.
