Holiday rentals with a patio in Simmerath

I stayed in tge apartment for 6 weeks, and was extremely comfortable there. Jonne was extremely nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me out wheb needed. The place is extremely well located, at 3minutes walking distance from the botabical garden. Definitely recommend!

It's a great house for a few days. Clean , everything you need. Recommended.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable and extremely well equipped (including a great kitchen, hot tub, dressing gowns). The quiet neighbourhood is delightful, with a lovely paved walk through fields available just a couple of minutes away

Exquisite apartment with nice terrace to sit outside. There's nothing missing. Everything as described. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are two bathrooms and two rooms for sleeping or retreat. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex and you are right in the lively part of Ehrenfeld, on Venloer Straße and surroundings. The car can be parked comfortably in the underground car park and then it is best to move on foot and with the quickly accessible public transport. We immediately felt very comfortable! The contact with Henriette went wonderfully, she was waiting for us on site and directing us into the underground car park. On the next visit to Cologne, we will definitely come back here!

We had wonderful days in Sebastiaan's house. The house is spacious for 6 people with different places to sit , a cozy well-equipped dining kitchen, good double beds and a beautifully located garden, where it is good to stay. Sippenaken is an excellent starting point for excursions and bike rides in the region and from the cottage you will be on a beautiful hiking trail through the Geuldal in no time. For us an ideal base during this AGR weekend🚴🚴

The home was just as described, very clean and spacious. The location was ideal for us and we loved how peaceful and quiet the area is. The backyard view is amazing.

We had a very nice stay at this place in Hallschlag ☺️ Check in worked smoothly and the house was very clean. The house is in a very quiet environment and you can take nice walks and hikes from there. We will be happy to come back :)

We liked the stay very much. The home has all the comforts and in reality it looks even better than in the photos. The view over the Ruhr, the village of Einruhr and the surrounding hills are magnificent. We got extra towels and used the sandwiches service every morning. The sauna is wonderful. In short, it's a fantastic house!

We stayed at Tom and Brigitte’s cottage in Lanaken for over three months, and it was an absolutely lovely experience. From day one, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive. They were always quick to help with anything we needed. Even for the smallest issues, they took the time to visit the property just to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Their warmth and care truly made a difference. The cottage itself had such a homey and cozy feel. It very quickly felt like our own little retreat. The holiday park is also a beautiful place to be; we really enjoyed the peaceful walks and scenic bike rides through the area. If this was our experience over a long-term stay, I can only imagine how pleasant and smooth a short stay would be! We wholeheartedly recommend this place for both short and long visits, and we hope to return in the future.

We were three adults. Our stay at Mr. Norbert's penthouse was spectacular. The space met all our needs. Public transportation was easy to access and there was a supermarket nearby. The kitchen was functional and had all the necessary accessories and utensils. The bathrooms were good, the bedroom and mattress were comfortable, and the inflatable mattress was good. In short, the stay was perfect. The host was very kind and always available with quick responses. The apartment served as a base for our trips around Europe. We approve and recommend the apartment.

Jan is a highly recommended host. The communication with him was very pleasant, courteous and efficient. His (penthouse)apartment was perfect in every matter, from the accessibility / location to the functionality / equipment in general to many, thoughtfully and quietly set amenities. In addition, in a central, perfectly connected location, the tranquility was remarkable. As well as this was the view from the windows into the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed the time of our stay and can only recommend the choice of Jan's apartment as accommodation.

Perfect apartment for a successful weekend! Very clean, well located and cozy, with a large terrace on the top floor as a bonus. The bed is comfortable, and the host is very friendly and responsive. I would recommend it in a second!
