The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful maisonette apartment in a quiet, semi-elevated location in Stuttgart-Nord! It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay.
