Waterfront holiday rentals in Syracuse

Casa Flora was very convenient for all the restaurants and attractions on Ortigia. The apartment was clean and comfortable with some stylish touches. Chiara and Gabriele were very responsive to a couple of requests.

The pictures can’t do the huge, beautiful terrasse justice enough - it’s simply the most amazing view of Noto and Domenico was so kind and picked me up from the bus stop and drove me right to the apartment. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Salvatore's flat is gorgeous! The views from both balconies looks right onto the Fountain of Arethusa where everyone comes for photos and sunset. It's an extremely busy area but with the windows shut at night I could manage sleep by midnight. Worth it. Everything in Otogio is a short walk. The flat has everything you need, the bed was comfortable and Salvatore was a great host, giving great restaurant recommendations. note: if arriving at the Siracusa bus station, recommend taking the small red SAIS bus #106 to Archemides piazza and walking from there to the apartment.

Appartamento situato proprio al centro di Ortigia comodo a tutti i servizi(supermercati negozi ecc..) adatto per ragazzi che cercano il movimento(Ortigia è ricca di locali) sia per famiglie per fare anche alla sera una bella passeggiata in centro (che ne vale la pena.) L'appartamento è spazioso l'abbiamo trovato pulito e ben dotato per quanto riguarda asciugamani,lenzuola ecc non manca nulla. Non ho avuto modo di conoscere Carmelo ma si viene accolto direttamente dall'host dove ho trovato Lucia, sono due persone disponibili per qualsiasi problema, gentili cordiali sempre a disposizione pronti ad offrirti il miglior servizio. E se avete bisogno di consigli su cosa visitare, dove andare al mare o qualsiasi cosa Lucia saprà bene come potervi aiutare. Detto ciò non mi dilungo troppo ma se dovessi tornare in Sicilia sceglierei loro quindi ve li consiglio al 100 %. Dimenticavo l'appartamento ha una bellissima terrazza fresca dove si gode di un bellissimo panorama.

Marcellas Wohnung ist eine schöne geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die in kurzer Entfernung zum Meer und dem Zentrum liegt, so dass alles auch fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Maria ist eine sehr aufmerksame, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeberin, die sowohl für Check in und Check out, als auch während des Aufenthalts mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Verfügung stand und auf Anfragen stets sehr schnell reagierte. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und die Betten sind bequem. Strand und Restaurants an der Marina di Avola sind gut erreichbar und man kann dort sehr entspannte Tage verbringen. Die Unterkunft liegt auch günstig und hervorragend für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Es gibt viel zu unternehmen und wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir können Marcellas Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We had a great stay in Siracusa. The location is fabulous, and we loved drinking our morning coffee on the rooftop deck. Some of the local stray cats got a little frisky at night — you may want to pack ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Also, be aware that you can't drive to the apartment because of traffic restrictions, but luckily we pack light so it was fine to walk from the nearby parking lot. Would highly recommend!

Tutto fantastico, la casa si trova in un ottimo punto di partenza per fare una bellissima passeggiata per ortigia. Basta poi scendere qualche scalino e si può comodamente arrivare in una piccola spiaggetta. Host molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Grazie mille!!

Walter was great! He was super communicative and helpful, getting me whatever I needed whenever I asked. He was also super welcoming, hosting me for dinner on my second night. I extended my stay by two nights because I enjoyed my stay so much. If I ever come back to Avola, I would stay here again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’endroit calme et bien situé près de lieux de baignade. En espérant pouvoir y revenir lors de prochaines vacances.

Alessandro und Valentina sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir reisten mit unserer kleinen Tochter Paula an (1< Jahr) und Alessandro hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Paula hat super geschlafen. Ein Babybett mit höhenverstellbaren Seiten, sodass man quasi ein Familienbett hat, einen Brei-Zubereiter, Mixer, Spielzeug, extra Decken zum Krabbeln - ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung im EG liegt in einem traumhaften Garten, man kann direkt aufs Meer sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sara’s place was great. Extremely spacious and could not be any closer to the beautiful beach and lido. We went a little before the holiday season started so most restaurants/shops in Fontane Bianche were closed, which is something to be aware of when you book.

We loved our 7 night stay at Carmelos, three of us stayed and we had a room each, double bed, sofa bed and single bed up a steep ladder on a small mezzanine floor. I didn’t need to pull out the sofa bed as it was big enough as it was and very comfy. The kitchen was user friendly . We felt very safe and comfortable. I’m glad we stayed there. Laura è stata un host estremamente gentile e disponibile e si è dimostrata molto pronta e veloce nel soddisfare una nostra specifica richiesta. La casa era molto pulita, in ordine e completa di tutto il necessario. Zona molto tranquilla, parcheggio proprio davanti all'alloggio, posizione comoda per le tante possibili visite nelle vicinanze. Esperienza molto positiva, assolutamente da consigliare.

Cazarea a fost excelentă, vila este pe malul mării , la câțiva pași de plajă. Este intr- o stațiune liniștită, de litoral la 10 minute de orașul Noto. Vilă este dotată și ai tot confortul necesar unei șederi plăcute.

L’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Ortigia avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Excellente communication avec Fabrizio qui nous a accueillis. Le point fort est la terrasse plus qu’appréciable !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Tolle Lage, die Decken war hoch und die Zimmer geräumig. Dass, das Bad recht klein ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Am Wochenende war es teilweise recht laut. Da es ein Eckhaus ist, kommt recht viel Lärm von außen an. Ansonsten konnten wir aber sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben ein babybett & babystuhl bereitgestellt bekommen und der Kontakt mit Aurora war auch zuverlässig und schnell. Wir haben einen Sonnenschirm in der Unterkunft gelassen und hoffen, dass er auch von anderen Gästen genutzt werden kann.

We had a very lovely stay, amazing backyard view over the waters. Robin is a very very friendly and helpful host. He gave so many nice recommendations (and hidden gems). He was thinking a lot with us and is very fast responsive. I definitely recommend his stay!

Cosy apartment directly at the waterfront, with lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Alberto is a very friendly and responsive host.

Miriam and family were wonderful hosts. They personally escorted us to the apartment on Ortigia Island and made the process a breeze. We really enjoyed Ortigia Island and Miriam's apartment is a perfect place to explore it. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.

I stayed at Leandro’s listing during my one day visit to Syracuse and enjoyed my stay as well as Syracuse very much.

We loved the stay at Maria's AirBnB. The location is awesome, the place was very clean, and Maria was very responsive. She met us at the door when we arrived to greet us and show us around the apartment. It overlooks the confluence of Siracusa and Ortygia and overlooks the water. Everything is very walkable with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. It is very chic. Parking can be a challenge, but we managed.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
