Wir möchten, dass Ihr Euren Alltag einfach mal hinter Euch lassen könnt und Euch in unseren Ferienwohnungen wohl fühlt. Daher legen wir großen Wert auf eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Haustiere sind ebenfalls in einigen Ferienwohnungen herzlich willkommen. Achtung: Die Wohnungen A + B unterscheiden sich nicht von der Ausstattung oder vom Stil. Lediglich der Blick nach draußen kann minimal abweichen.

Stellt euch vor: Ihr öffnet die Tür eurer Ferienwohnung und seht zuerst das sanfte Grün des Rasens, dann die Promenade, den weichen Sandstrand und schließlich das weite Meer. Keine Straße, kein Lärm – nur Wasser, Himmel und frische Meeresluft. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Rückzugsort für Genießer. Sie wurde 2026 komplett kernsaniert, mit klarer, moderner Raumaufteilung, hochwertigen Materialien und einem stimmigen Lichtkonzept. Der offene Wohnbereich führt direkt auf den Panorama-Balkon.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum entspannten Kochen und Genießen ein. Strand, Cafés und Boutiquen erreichst du bequem zu Fuß.

The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was renovated in 2021 in keeping with its style. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments with direct sea views. The duplex apartment has a loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a king size bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, another bedroom and a terrace on the sea side.

PIERSIDE – Your seaside retreat in Haffkrug (Scharbeutz): Just 200 m from the beach promenade, our designer holiday home consists of only four exclusive units. You’ll find charming cafés, inviting restaurants, and a variety of shops nearby. A bakery is located directly across from the apartments. Only a 10-minute walk away is a beach bar right on Haffkrug’s sandy shore. A great place for couples, families & friends who love a high-quality and cozy interior.

400 m to the beach - Spacious house with a great garden

We offer our beloved & newly renovated house in a quiet location. It offers the ideal starting point for a fantastic Baltic Sea vacation. The 230 sqm living space with open large new kitchen, dining and living area, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is perfect for 10 guests. The front outdoor area with garden and large terrace as well as the rear garden area with another terrace and large green area complete the comfort. All this is just 6 minutes from the beach!

Apartment Mehrblick, Travemünde

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Vacation home MeerGarten

Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

Baltic Luv

The house has a size of 100 m² and is equipped with an opaque and furnished terrace. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house and bicycle storage under the carport. We provide you with free Wi-Fi. Upon prior registration, we will gladly provide you with a children's travel bed and high chair. As well as a laundry package consisting of bed linens and towels, available for a fee and prior registration.

Coconut in the beach house

On the 1700 square meter and well-kept property are the main house with the apartment Strandgut, Kompass, Kokosnuss and Ausguck and the four holiday homes Backbord, Steuerbord, Kapitän and Kajüte. The houses are really winter-proof wooden houses and are also rented out year-round. Each unit has its own terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the sun. Or you can sit under the 100-year-old maple tree in the summer.

Seaside getaway with terrace – 500 metres to the beach

In the new building Villa Kleine Auszeit is this modern apartment, which can be your home with fresh sea air for a few days on Timmendorfer Strand. Quietly located in a good neighborhood and only a 6-minute walk (approx. 500 meters as the crow flies) to the sea. Directly at the house there is a private parking space for the apartment. The Kastanienallee bus stop with lines 40, 500 & 501 is a 4-minute walk away.

Tandem

The paved boardwalk with direct sea views invites you to stroll and linger. Here you will find numerous culinary options. Restaurants with a nice atmosphere, cafes with delicious ice cream and cakes or maybe just something quick to eat. Day trips, for example, to Lübeck, Fehmarn, Lake Plön or Hansa Park, Grömitzer Welle leisure pool, climbing park at Lensterstrand
