Haustiere sind ebenfalls in einigen Ferienwohnungen herzlich willkommen. Achtung: Die Wohnungen A + B unterscheiden sich nicht von der Ausstattung oder vom Stil. Lediglich der Blick nach draußen kann minimal abweichen.

The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was renovated in 2021 in keeping with its style. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments with direct sea views. The duplex apartment has a loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a king size bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, another bedroom and a terrace on the sea side.

We offer our beloved & newly renovated house in a quiet location. It offers the ideal starting point for a fantastic Baltic Sea vacation. The 230 sqm living space with open large new kitchen, dining and living area, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is perfect for 10 guests. The front outdoor area with garden and large terrace as well as the rear garden area with another terrace and large green area complete the comfort. All this is just 6 minutes from the beach!

Beach-close apartment

We offer relaxing vacations in Timmendorfer Strand. The apartment is located in the Groß Timmendorf district, 3 km from the beach. A restaurant, playground and bus stops are within walking distance. The train station is 1 km away. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and dining area as well as a light-flooded bathroom. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Welcome to Solaris Studio Timmendorfer Strand – your stylish retreat just steps from the sea. The bright, newly renovated Japandi-style studio offers peace, comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy sunny hours on the balcony with beach chair, relax on the spacious lounge sofa and sleep relaxing in the box spring bed. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to relax and cook and enjoy. You can easily reach the beach, cafes and boutiques by foot.

Apartment Mehrblick, Travemünde

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

Ferienhaus Ohana Me

Relax with the whole family on one floor with a spacious garden. The house was completely renovated and lovingly refurbished between 2021 and 2023. The large, covered terrace including seating area, outdoor fireplace, barbecue, darts and sauna leaves nothing to be desired even in the rain. Niendorfer harbor, beach, Edeka, Vogelpark and Hemmelsdorfer See are within walking distance. A handcart is available for excursions.

Baltic Luv

The house has a size of 100 m² and is equipped with an opaque and furnished terrace. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house and bicycle storage under the carport. We provide you with free Wi-Fi. Upon prior registration, we will gladly provide you with a children's travel bed and high chair. As well as a laundry package consisting of bed linens and towels, available for a fee and prior registration.

Coconut in the beach house

On the 1700 square meter and well-kept property are the main house with the apartment Strandgut, Kompass, Kokosnuss and Ausguck and the four holiday homes Backbord, Steuerbord, Kapitän and Kajüte. The houses are really winter-proof wooden houses and are also rented out year-round. Each unit has its own terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the sun. Or you can sit under the 100-year-old maple tree in the summer.

Villa Kleine Auszeit - Starfish

In the new building Villa Kleine Auszeit is this modern apartment, which can be your home with fresh sea air for a few days on Timmendorfer Strand. Quietly located in a good neighborhood and only a 6-minute walk (approx. 500 meters as the crow flies) to the sea. Directly at the house there is a private parking space for the apartment. The Kastanienallee bus stop with lines 40, 500 & 501 is a 4-minute walk away.
