The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

Through the garden door at the end of the driveway, you enter directly into the rear part of the property, where the vacation bungalow (non-smoking) is located. Here you will find a small bedroom (9.34 m²) with a double bed (1.40 bed), a living room with TV and sofa bed (9.28 m²) as well as the kitchen (16.3 m²) with dining table and access to your own terrace. Please note: The accommodation is not suitable for children.

The beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes, various shopping facilities and a bakery are within 5 minutes. Linens and towels are provided. Parking is available directly in Schwedenstraße.
