The trailer and the cabin are insulated and can handle the winter regardless of the temperature. One of Austria's largest ski areas, Zell am See, is just nearby. There's cycling, beach volleyball, soccer, tennis, swimming. The trailer also has air conditioning. You can enjoy the campsite's hotel, restaurant, wellness, water park and much more on the site. Wellness and water park cost extra. No smoking.

Our cozy motorhome is located on the outskirts of Linz right next to our small town farmhouse. 3 different swimming lakes are right around the corner. The tram station is a 15-minute walk or the bus is a 5-minute walk away. In 30 minutes, you're in the city center. "Das Haidensee" is located on the beautiful private lake Haidensee, which is a unique swimming lake with its excellent water quality and pleasant temperatures of up to 28 degrees. Since there are only 9 apartments, peace, privacy and a special vacation experience are guaranteed. Each of our apartments is unique and lovingly furnished.
