Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Benalmádena

We returned for a second holiday here as enjoyed the accommodation and area very much. The apartment is a superb holiday home, in a safe and quiet building, with everything you could possibly need and more. Lovely views to enjoy from the balcony and watching the sunset. Lots of local beaches to explore, close to supermarkets and cafés/restaurants. Eduardo is very helpful host and easy to communicate with. We would love to return a third time and would recommend to any couples or families wanting to enjoy their holiday staying at a high specification home. Excellent!

We enjoyed 5 days in Fransiscos apartment - all was good and easy managed. Apartment is good size for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children). Toilet a bit small - but its ok - its clean and what is needed is there. The apartment has a sideview of the ocean - very nice place to relax. Fransisco offered flexible checkin and checkout. We recommend this rental.

A great place, we really enjoyed our time at the villa, we were comfortable and happy to spend time there. The music sound system was great along with the garden, hammock and the hot tub and fantastic sea views. The house itself had everything we would have wanted and was clean and everything worked well.

Very nice apartment but not suitable for very long stays as the spaces are limited. Thin walls and not at all soundproofed. The apartment, however, has all the comforts and is very well cared for and clean in detail. A stone's throw from the sea and the center.

We wanted a chilled few days at the beach where there was a local feel. David’s place was perfect, we felt like Spanish holidaymakers instead of tourists. The appartment is great, lots of space for 4 (but we were just 2) and very close to the beach, shops and cafes. We lived it! David was a friendly and responsive host and we’d definitely recommend staying here!

Very good place to stay on the outskirts of the historic center of Malaga. With a supermarket across the street. New building perfectly furnished and with a spectacular view. Private parking.

Great host, perfect location. Make sure you bring your ear plugs and sleep mask for a peaceful night sleep.

Stylish and spotlessly clean apartment with amazing views and even more stunning views from the roof terrace on the 30th floor! Quiet at night, comfy bed… like a posh hotel suite with added bonus of its own kitchen. Definitely recommend.

It eas really beautiful palce where to stay, IT was spacious and the pool was great. Terrace was big enough to welcome all the guests and the Villa had all things what you need to feel great there. We did not miss anything.

We had a great stay at Estefania’s house. The house was very spacious and located just a short walk from the beach. It’s very family-friendly, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.

Gorgeous place that was updated in the best ways to keep a rustic style. In the centre of El Burgo, shops, pharmacies and restaurants are only a couple minutes away by foot. Check in was incredibly easy, fexible and straight forward.

Exceptional accommodation, very welcoming host, even better than we expected. Very clean house, pool linen available, impeccable bedding, very well-equipped kitchen. Amenities like salt, coffee, sugar, cookies... etc. dishwasher tablets, laundry, even grenades were waiting for us...

This place is paradise. It had everything we needed. The amenities are incredible: gorgeous swimming pool with a lifeguard, fantastic football pitch, wonderful tennis courts, paddle tennis and basketball courts. 2 minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous and has lots of restaurants to choose from. We loved the place and will definitely rely be back. The apartment has an amazing view and was full love writhing we needed: beach towels, tennis rackets, paddle rackets, balls, etc.. The apartment has a lovely coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and everything you need. It is a real home away from home. We loved it, pure paradise. Excellent communication with the hosts and easy clear instructions. The place was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. Facilities are excellent, from the pools to the parking and we particularly enjoyed the spa and cinema room. Neighbours are quiet and friendly, and the service staff helpful. Great place just as described!

Appartment was exactely as on photos. It was very clean. All necessary equipment was available in the kitchen. We appreciate big terrace. To the beach only 10 min by walk. Shops and restaurants nearby. I really recommend Jose appartment for vacations.

Jan was not present at the flat for the most of my stay, but when he was there - he was very discreet. Most of the time I was alone at the flat, which actually suited me perfectly. The co-host who welcomed me for the check-in was amazing - she gave me the tour of the flat, and showed me all the amenities I can use (and she also left her umbrella for me to use, as I came to Malaga when it was somewhat cloudy). The room was perfect for me, as I needed to work during my stay (wifi was great), and Jan also offered me to use the living-room table for work while he was out of the flat, making him a very attentive host. The flat is situated in the center of the city - there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants all around. This was a great value for money, and I would recommend Jan's place to everyone!

great place, near the airport, an hour bus ride from Málaga and right next to all the amenities youll need. Diego was very helpful and came to meet us early in the morning to let us in after our plane was delayed.

Diego has to be the super-host’s super-host! A highly experienced Airbnb operator and a really lovely guy! We had wonderful and ultra prompt communications answering all our questions as we planned our visit, he sent us brilliant suggestions for things to do and see, and he was super helpful and flexible when our flights didn’t tie in with the official arrival and departure times. If you’re visiting Malaga look no further. Diego’s place is perfectly placed to explore the city, beautifully clean and comfortable, and kitted out with everything you could ask for … and more. And with it you get the Diego superhost service - going the extra mile to make your sure the visit will be even better than you’d hoped! Couldn’t recommend more highly …

The apartment is located very centrally but in a very nice and quiet area. The city center is within walking distance and you can find many cafes, bars, and restaurants around. In interior of the apartment is in very good condition and we felt immediately at home. The kitchen is well equipped and invites you to Cook a nice lunch or dinner at home. The highlight is definitely the rooftop terrace with an outdoor barbecue. Maria always responded very quickly if we had a question or needed help. We would love to come again!

We LOVED this place and Malaga Royal property management are extraordinary (we mainly dealt with Inez who is just wonderful). Incredible to deal with. The property looks exactly like the pictures in a beautiful 3 story building. We stayed for a month and would stay here again. Just enough away from the main plazas to make it feel less touristy but close enough where everything was easily walkable. Negatives? Beds are a little hard. There’s noise from the Mexican restaurant next door. You can hear noise from the apartment above. Highly recommend this property or any managed by Malaga Royal
