Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Colorado River

We really enjoyed our stay here! The bungalow was very clean and this was the best stocked Airbnb I have ever stayed in! My family enjoyed just spending time together and hanging out here. The neighborhood was also very quiet and home was near the highway for easy access to area destinations.

Kim was a great host. The house was well maintained and filled with sufficient resources required for our family. The backyard is awesome and has ample amount of space to have fun and enjoy. We had minor issues however she was very responsive and fixed those appropriately.

Cute home! Summer was very responsive and nice. We stayed here for a weekend, and would definitely book again for a longer stay. Very spacious and had all we needed. Nice backyard. We were there for a wedding, so we didn’t get to enjoy it. I love that she had a small play scape for littles.

This is a very cute home in the country...not luxurious but certainly very comfortable for families. The hosts were very responsive to our questions (routine stuff...no issues). We had a family gathering here and really enjoyed the place...and would recommend it without hesitation!

We wanted a quiet home to stay in for a few days and were pleased to find the Cozy Oasis. For the same total price for a 3 night stay in a king room at the best local hotel, we had a spacious 3 bed, 2 bath home, with full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, hot tub, massage chair, and gym equipment. (There's also a pool for use in warmer weather) It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive away from anywhere in town you want to go! Very clean, neat and tidy. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bath was provided- we felt right at home! Beds and sofas were very comfortable, too! Laura communicated clearly and regularly before and throughout the entire stay, updating us on check in and out proceedures and making herself available to us if we had any concerns. (Which we didn't because everything was great! ) We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to stay here again next time we are in town.

This hidden gem is perfect for a mini-getaway. It’s situated in a nice neighborhood just mins aways from downtown and the Pearl. We loved how its very secluded(what we wanted). We were able to relax for a minute in peace and quiet but then jump on the highway within minutes when needed. Joe was EVER so helpful and flexible with check-in! Ty Joe hope to stay again soon. ☺️

Enjoyed our stay, nice place with all the amenities.

This place meet our needs for comfort we could count on each night and morning. We appreciate being able to wash and dry clothes a couple of times, too! Thanks for the good nights' sleep and a good cup of coffee in the mornings as we got ready to join our family for adventures.

Great apartment located in a fun, walkable, and easily accessible neighborhood in Austin. Close to amazing food, restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Our hosts had great recommendations listed, their studio was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Congress Ave is not far away and walkable. Parking is on the street but right in front of the studio so it's not an issue. Grind your own coffee beans in the morning, almost every style of brewing available in the kitchen! The bed is very comfortable. I would say the studio is perfect for 2 guests only.

Great location and lots of space. Nice and quiet but safe area. There was everything you could possibly need and more which was perfect for my young family. Really helpful host for recommendations etc. Would have loved to stay longer and would 100% recommend! Thanks!

Great host and great apartment

John’s condo was simply amazing. We came for the weekend to attend a wedding at Villa Antonio & our family of 5 (with adult children) stayed. It is probably one of the most comfortable & serene places/ locations we have stayed. The kitchen is stocked for cooking if you choose. The kids reported the beds were super comfy & our king bed was wonderful. The adult kids took the golf cart to the beach club & the amenities there are outstanding. Multiple pools, ample seating, giant hot tub, & a workout room. The decor in the condo is luxury upscale. The rain showers in the bathroom are a nice touch. Each bedroom had charger pads for electronics & the QR code provides all the instructions/ activities needed. We sat on the balcony overlooking Lake Travis, it was peaceful. We saw deer / foxes. The condo is located on the 2nd fl & John provides a cart for your luggage as a nice extra to get from car to the elevator in one trip. John is highly responsive. Can’t wait to return! Thank you John!

so thankful to Carrie and Erik! after mishaps with a different booking, they were kind enough to accept a last minute booking the day before Thanksgiving. they genuinely saved our family trip and allowed for us to have a wonderful time together with our family over the holiday. the space was wonderful, comfortable, had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. as a wonderful bonus, we had many deer sighting. and had the weather been warmer, we could have happily enjoy the river that was right at the edge of the property. overall a great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as described. The host was great at communicating everything we needed to know to gain access. The location was in a great spot and walkable to many local attractions like the Magnolia Market and Dr. Pepper museum.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! There are a lot of thoughtful extra touches, such as light switches labeled for which they turn on, tons of towels including beach towels, a cooler available in a closet, a step stool in the kitchen for us short people, etc. Natalie was very responsive when I had a special need. We would definitely stay here again or at one of her other properties.

We really enjoyed our stay at condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Shelton responded to any questions/comments we had very quickly and was very accommodating with check in time. Highly recommend his place!!

I stayed here with my kids and it was the perfect size and was well-located for the activities we had planned. Comfortable and convenient. The pool was a hit with my kids and it was lovely spotting deer roaming past our window. Wish we could've stayed longer, we'll plan on that next time!
