You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

The living area is characterized by large windows providing expansive views of the ocean. A comfortable gray sofa is complemented by colorful throw pillows and a round glass coffee table. Accents include decorative lamps and a vibrant wall art piece, enhancing the contemporary design.

The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.
