Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Welcome in the small hut nested in wood right in the heart of the Bay of Arcachon close by bicycle or by car of the very pleasant district of La Hume, at the same time typical and trading. Ideally situated between the ocean and the pond, you will find restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and small grocer's shops there. Leisure parks, spa, golf are also very close. The famous oyster-farming ports of Gujan as the beach are accessible within 5 mn by car and hardly more by bicycle.

An outbuilding suitable for 2 people, but it is possible to accommodate a toddler.

30 m2 cottage with large terrace (30 m2) in a quiet area by the forest on a plot of 740 m2, shared with another cottage. 700 m from the lake of Cazaux-Sanguinet and 7 km from the ocean and downtown Biscarrosse. 20 km from the Dune du Pyla (highest sand dune in Europe) and 30 km from Arcachon. Due to the forest location, mobile network and Internet connection are not so good but get much better closer to the lake, 700 m away.

The chalet consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, a single loft bed, a crib available, a functional kitchenette, equipped with a dining area, a bathroom independent from the toilet for more comfort. The cottage is air-conditioned and equipped with screens for peaceful nights. Bed, toilet and kitchen linen, cleaning as well as pet reception are available at extra cost.
