"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Come and relax in this new wooden house, located 4 km from the ocean. It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 160 beds and a 180 bed divisible into 2*90), a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and its sliding door for an indoor-outdoor spirit. Villa MONTBEL is located in Pyla-sur-Mer, a stone's throw from La Co(o)rniche. Built on a side of the Dune, it is ideally located to enjoy a beautiful view of the bay and to walk to the beach. The villa can accommodate from 2 to 12 people. It has a large heated pool and a large 1200 m² garden.
