Holiday rentals with lake access in Côte d'Argent

We had a great time! The place was superb: beautiful, clean, and totally as described. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The place is quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting, and we enjoyed the little walks around. We would recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

The house exceeded what was stated in the advert and Charlene and Jann were brilliant hosts. They were super responsive and always willing to help - they gave us phone numbers and responded within minutes if we had a question. The house felt like a real luxurious stay and the location was perfect for both Lacanau Lake and also Lacanau Ocean. There were great beach spots within 5 minutes drive as well as supermarkets and Lacanau Ocean town really close. The lake was a 2 minute walk too. The house was brilliant for a family with kids and we used the pool and outside seating areas all the time. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

We were very comfortable at Katti's house. It's very nice and new, it also has everything you need. The location is amazing, just what we were looking for: tranquility and calm. It also has beautiful views and is close to all amenities by car. There were horses in the terrain next door and my daughter was thrilled! :) Highly recommended!

We were there at the end of September, unfortunately we could not use the beautiful terrace due to the weather. For hikes and cyclists, the area is great, as there are many cycling and walking routes. If you want to look at the wider area, you have to drive a lot. Example Cap Ferret 1h 10 min. Bordeaux 40 km, duration approx. 1 h. 15 min.

We had a great time at Régine's house which is very well equipped and located in a very quiet environment 2 steps from the lake. Relax and rest assured. Thanks to Régine for her smile and kindness.

Everything went very well, the house is really nice and the location is perfect. We were able to have a great weekend between the beach and the lake while enjoying the petanque court and the jacuzzi with a deer as the only neighbor. Thank you Eugenie! 🙂

Great quiet stay with the visit of deer, squirrels and birds. Marine and her spouse are welcoming and very friendly. We recommend this listing in a good location in the Landes!

Yannick provided us with a place that met our expectations. The accommodation is functional, clean, recently renovated with great views. We loved the sunsets we could contemplate from the balcony. We’ve just spent an amazing 7 days at Charlotte and Damien’s place. The apartment is beautiful and a good size for a group for 6 like we were. The location is perfect. Super close to bike rental so you can pick them up and soon learn your way around the area. It’s just a perfect base to surf, cycle, explore the stunning Hossegor town. We didn’t use the spa but it’s good to have the option. Also both hosts replied to a lot of messages when we had trouble with our flights to and from. The only improvement would be to have more basic amenities provided - things like black bin bags or toilet paper, but apart from this we loved our time here and was sad to leave. Merci!

Very nice apartment, nice quiet location, very friendly host

We were welcomed by Marie-Jo who is a very friendly and caring person. His advice allowed us to optimize our short 3 day stay. The apartment is well located and perfectly equipped. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea lake... a real delight! I would recommend it in a second!

We had a great week of vacation in this wonderful very functional and spacious accommodation. Very welcoming host and flexible in schedules. The accommodation is located close to the ocean, opposite the lake of Vieux-Boucau, next to restaurants, bars, bakery... You can do many activities without taking the car, what happiness 🤩

We have been super comfortable, ideal for spending a quiet time as a couple. Super close to endless and surfy beaches, as well as the quietest beaches of the lake. We loved it.

We spent 2 days in Agnès's place and we really enjoyed finding the charm of the first Airbnb. Her place provides walking access to the Ornithological Park, which was the purpose of our trip and we were delighted.

We had a great time at Patrick's cottage. This one welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation is very peaceful, surrounded by nature and very quiet. Perfect for getting together with family or friends.

We had a great time at Alexis's place who was very accommodating, very responsive . The location is great close to the lake. We did not try the pool because we were there in October but it must add a charm in the warm season.

We had a lovely stay. The environment is very exotic, in direct contact with nature. We woke up with views of the lake, under the pine trees, and with the birdsong. Various activities available, including the heated pool, a beautiful activity in winter. 😊 Thanks to Chantal for her strong responsiveness and kindness. We would recommend this listing.

Nice little apartment, really very well equipped, quietly located. On the terrace you can sit comfortably in the evening, in front of the river there is also a nice seating area to enjoy the sunset. In the living room there is a guest bed, this is more suitable for children, with the weight of an adult it hangs too much and is not so comfortable. But since we planned it as a bed for the children anyway, it was sufficient for us. Eric and his wife were very nice and warm. The surrounding area offers the possibility of many wine tastings, Bordeaux is not far away and there is also plenty to explore in the area.

The accommodation is lovely. We really enjoyed the bikes available. The arrival at night was not very simple but we had a very pleasant stay.
