The studio is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of local shops, shopping mall, public transport and oyster ports. The ocean beaches and the Dune of Pyla are a few km drive away. The studio has a small exterior that is not overlooked. It is not large, 15 m2 downstairs and 7 m2 in the low mezzanine under the ceiling (1.30 m at the highest). Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
