The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with free drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. In the surrounding area, you can take nature hikes, tours along the Douro and Paiva rivers, visit the Paiva Walkways or discover the charms of the Magic Mountains. You will be welcomed by the host Vitó who, being local and knowing the area, will help you discover the region's charms.

The studio is part of the large authentic private house of the Dutch owners, located in Provesende, a traditional and, for several years, protected wine village in the heart of the Douro Valley. UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the house are three studios with their own entrance and two rooms. The garden and the pool are for communal use.
