Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Sanguinet or Cazaux lake, bike ride, bird park, walking, paragliding, parachute, glider, tours... Bordeaux... and I'm bound to forget some...

Small house of 60 m2 fully equipped, located in a very quiet condominium 300 m from the port of La Teste, ideal for recharging your batteries. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Dune du Pyla, the La Corniche restaurant and the beaches, our house with its charming architecture is in the heart of a beautiful landscaped garden of 1600 m2. You will be won over by its different secluded terrace corners, its atypical kiosk and its large heated swimming pool (from May to September) (10 x 5 m). Charming, authentic, bright and absolutely calm, this comfortable, warm villa has refined decor.

Weekly rental during the summer and 2 nights minimum the rest of the year. Possibility of remote working from the house, an office available in the veranda (- 10% on long stays).
