Instead of standard veneer furniture from the bar, there is an individual decor, beautiful views of the jetty, fireplace, lots of stuff for children and fruit plants to harvest. It has everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our cottage provides a relaxing base for a break with family and friends. With 4 floors, enjoy the games room downstairs, relax in front of a fire in the living room or climb up to the cosy bedrooms. On the edge of the village, in fenced grounds, leading directly into the forested valley. Down the road there is an outdoor pool and a local brewery. Enjoy the large terrace with covered firepit for all year barbecuing and sauna for 6. Park by the house or at the bottom of the drive (in winter).

A ground floor apartment with special recreational effect. The 50m² apartment offers everything you need for a few days/weeks to switch off. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cosy atmosphere in the evening. A small special feature is our alpine hut directly in the garden of our property. There are many good viewing platforms nearby, from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Easter Mountains.

This special place is close to all the main points of interest, making it easy to plan your stay. Arena, stadium, zoo, city are a few minutes' walk away. The newly furnished apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. Private terrace with BBQ, as well as free carport parking space in the yard are among the special features. End the day by the campfire (€20/hour incl. Wood). We invite you to do so for 3 nights or more.

The sleeping space for two persons can be reached by a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood stove that heats the cabin, used as a stove and spreads coziness.
